Hi so the problem I have is that the play/pause and skip buttons always appear in the background of my phone screen no matter what I try and can't get rid of it please help.

Have you tried opening the video app and resetting the settings to default @RobertCampbell8

It sounds like you have screen overlay on somehow

Maybe go into the All App settings or accessibility settings to see what permissions the camera has.

I've checked all that and everything is default so don't know what else to do.
