    <description>I cant send or receive picture messages on my galaxy a10. I followed steps on help page changing settings but it didnt work. I called customer service and they were meant to get back to me with a solution and they haven't. Any ideas?</description>

      <description>Are you on pay as you go or pay monthly?&lt;BR /&gt;If pay as you go, you will need credit to send a picture message.&lt;BR /&gt;If contract, they will be an extra charge and if you have a £0 spend cap on your account you will not be able to send them.&lt;BR /&gt;An alternative (and cheaper) is to use WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger to send them.&lt;BR /&gt;Can you use mobile data ok?&lt;BR /&gt;Check your APN settings (the ones that tell your phone how to connect to the network) - see link below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://lowdown.carphonewarehouse.com/how-to/o2-apn-settings/40702/" target="_blank"&gt;https://lowdown.carphonewarehouse.com/how-to/o2-apn-settings/40702/&lt;/A&gt;</description>
