topic destroyed phone in Android

My phone was destroyed this evening at work in a machine, i no longer have the phone as it was chewed up. I have tried to upgrade tonight but 02 wants to send a verification code to my phone. is there any other way around this

I'm not sure if there is a way around it but you can always contact the sale team via customer services on 03448090202.

Is it open in the morning. I rang this tonight and they said times could be found on the 02 site, but i couldnt find any
