Question about unlocking Galaxy S10+

Hi all I've just received my shiny new S20 Ultra, absolutely in love with it and can't thank 02 enough for paying off my Carphone Warehouse contract a year early. My question is regarding my old S10+. Is the phone unlocked from the factory as I heard they might be, or will I need to get in touch with 02 customer service and have them do it for me. I'm asking as I have put the phone up for sale and I'd like to know before selling if I need to unlock it. Thanks guys

Ok that's good to know wasn't sure. I didn't want to advertise it as unlocked and then have a complaint to deal with when it's sold on ebay lol. I did send an unlock request to 02 when I reset the phone but I haven't heard anything back from them. Maybe this is why

They will reply eventually saying it's not an O2 phone and they can't unlock it, but that is just because it's already unlocked.
