Calls from private numbers

I need to receive calls from private numbers however I can not see how I do this on the settings on my phone. I have the Samsung galaxy s10 and it only allows me to unblock numbers. If someone tries to call me from a private number it doesnt event connect. Do 02 have to action this for me?

I have a Samsung Note 8 and get calls from Private numbers so no idea why you don't?

Sounds like call blocking for unknown callers is on.

Check settings in call app.

If you open the phone app and go into settings, there should be an option to stop calls from unknown numbers or from contacts not in the phone. Check if they are ticked.
