@pp763 Have you restarted the phone, as my Note 10+ 5G needed a reboot and me to select o2 Pay Monthly as the APN and service for data.

The option then represents itself.

This is by Samsung Design btw not o2

Yes restarted. Selected o2 pay monthly but still not showing unfortunately

Have you checked with Customer Service @pp763 , in case they could find a solution for the issue? Let us know and if you're still stuck after that, I'm happy to escalate this to our Gurus who can take a closer look to see what the issue might be.

Be aware that the first thing customer service will suggest is a factory reset, which may or may not work, but make sure you take a full backup with SmartSwitch first or you'll lose everything on your phone.

@pp763 what is the software version that has been pushed down to your device.

Also a daft question but is it an o2 device.

Use setting then search might have to type 4g calling or volLTE and also the setting bar at top you'll see toggle for 4g calling

The toggle is blanked out. Cant switch it on. The software version is N976BXXU1BSLA. Yes it was from o2

This is the second unit ive had from o2 The first unit didnt have wifi calling and this one did until the Abdroid 10 update

Odd. I have the exact same phone as you, also from O2, and the same software version but my WiFi calling is fine. Is the option also greyed-out in the Phone App (three-dots-menu settings)?

I was in same boat.
It's a software glitch . Proved by running the phone in safe mode.
( In my case WiFi calling and volte would show for a minute or 2 after phone reboot , then disappear. )

Didn't have time to run it down. Plus all my important stuff lives on the cloud.
Factory reset solved it.

My S10+ had the same issue, no Wifi calling for nearly a week. Rebooted to change the SD card this morning, and Wifi calling reappeared.

Might be worth popping out the SIM, rebooting and see if that fixes.
