Oneplus 5T - Visual voice mail

Good morning.

I have a Oneplus 5T on O2 PAYG. I am being bombarded with tests from O2 saying my number doesn't support visual voice mail. We are talking 20+ texts a day. I have turned off the visual voice mail slider repeatedly but it just turns itself back on. My primary sim is Orange France (SOSH).

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Does anyone have a solution?

@operadso we are aware of an issue with this at the moment and the messages are being sent in error.

Hi @operadso, and thanks for flagging this!

Unfortunately we did encounter an issue with VVM that impacted some OnePlus 5T devices which has since been resolved, so you should not be receiving any more notifications. If you do receive more, or were affected by this on a different device, please let us know so we can get it looked into. We're very sorry for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused – it shouldn’t happen again.

Hi guys, just in case you haven't seen the news yet, O2 has launched Visual Voicemail for Android this morning. It will initially launch on the Google Pixel 3 and 3 XL, with plans to roll out across other vendors, including Samsung and Sony early next year.
