If you bought the phone in store you should go back to the store and discuss it with them. You can also call and speak to customer service &lt;A href="https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus&lt;/A&gt;, but I would imagine they'll probably advise you to go back to the store. Also be aware that you have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase. If O2 don't sell the model you're interested in you can probably buy it elsewhere and just take a sim only contract.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I was sold this phone by O2 store, as a dual sim phone. This is not working and on independent forums I am being told that the model Lya-l09 is incapable of letting the phone be used as a dual sim, they say that the model needs to be lya-l29? Is this true? and if so can the phone be updated?</description>
