my boy was using my phone to play games while it was charging.the phone i assume ran out of charge and shut down.now it wont charge any ideas.

Firstly, try a different charger and / or lead.

Next check for any fluff or muck in the charge port.

Sometimes, it can take a while to charge if the battery is very flat, so make sure you leave it plugged in for a good while.

A final thing I can think of is holding volume down and power whilst inserting the charger as this can kick start it too.

Good morning @punky! How are you getting on with the Galaxy S10, did you manage to get it charging again? Any help from the advice below by @MI5 ?
