    <description>When I swapped my Three number over to O2 I kept my Three sim card. Swapped my wife's over but her Three sim card is now dead and I have no idea where the O2 sim card is. Any ideas on how to get her number onto a sim card?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3402144"&gt;@Meady&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you port a number to a new network the original SIM will be disconnected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can't have the same number on two SIM cards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you ordered an O2 SIM card for your wife?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may need to call customer services to track it down or get a new one &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: How to find help &amp;amp;amp; contact O2" id="Guide058"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
