Hi @j6

Not unless you have an Android phone and use an app to back up your texts called SMS+backup

If you haven't already got this app up and running, then I'm afraid it's lost

This Android app, as mentioned by @Cleoriff , is what keeps your SMS messages sync'd into a label in your Gmail, @j6 :

Probably a bit late now if you don't have it (free from Play Store), but a good time to put it on you phone and set it up to auto backup your SMS texts on a schedule so you won't ever lose another one
