Hi my sister has an unlocked note 9 and has the option in the dropdown for wifi calling I can't find that setting in my phone which is also a note 9 how do I set this up?

@Leahno1auntie firstly you need to check your software is up to date, you then need to enable wifi calling option in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 or call customer services and ask them to enable it for you http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Hi I can't find it in the settings but its turned on according to my o2 app my software is up to date maybe its because hers is unlocked I presume my phone is locked to o2 ?

It should be in call settings.
Open the phone app, tap the 3 dots for the settings menu and look for calling options.

Try rebooting the phone and check again.
