      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Hi, We bought a Huawei phone for our son from the O2 shop a couple of months ago and have now received a 16 digit unlock code (we hope)....&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;In the email, it says '&lt;SPAN&gt;Press left soft key, handset prompts a screen where user can input&lt;BR /&gt;NCK password&lt;/SPAN&gt;' but call me stupid &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.o2.co.uk/html/@F324BC98E3FFBAB0901192209213D08C/images/smilies/052.png" alt="flushed" title="flushed" /&gt;,&lt;/FONT&gt; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;I can't find anywhere where &lt;FONT size="3"&gt;the&lt;/FONT&gt; Left Soft Key is located on the phone&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;I assume after this, I enter the 16 digit number?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated!&amp;nbsp;&lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.o2.co.uk/html/@51B4E1C1BCBE46FE283A85FF789F9EFF/images/smilies/084.png" alt="thumbsup" title="thumbsup" /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;LI-SPOILER&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI-SPOILER&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Cleoriff,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for that-I have read that quite a few times but just wanted to make sure that the NCK password is the one you enter to unlock the phone?       <description>When you start the phone with a non o2 sim card in, it will ask you to enter the unlock code on the screen automatically.</description>
