    <description>&lt;P&gt;No it doesn't, just says "Access Point Name settings are not available for this user".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The mobile (HTC M9) was originally on T-Mobile from new and has been unlocked. I'm with O2 and when booting up the T-Mobile sign shows.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes its a new problem. &amp;nbsp;I was in Lithuania and i was using different card in the same phone for two month, and i guess that lithuanians cads setting still stay in my phone thats why its not working... but i cant &amp;nbsp;find out how to fix this problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>
