I would like to give my Samsung phone to my grandson who is on another network, I have an unlock code from O2 and have followed the instructions given in the email but it will not connect with the other sim can anyone help please.

I'm not sure what you've done but the process is.....
Put new sim in phone.
Phone asks for an unlock code.
Enter code obtained and job done.....
Help here but make sure you have a network unlock code and not a PUK or PAC code.

Hi @Marlynn, how are you getting on with this unlock and new Sim? Did the suggestions from @MI5 or @Bambino help you make any progress?
