      <description>&lt;P&gt;i had a problem with wi-fi calling on my new lg v20. i can't call and send text message using my o2. phone show me "network connection error" when i try to switch on the wi-fi calling button. i can pick up when someone call to me, even outside from uk. i can call using connection to my home router (virgin), but when i am outside from home i can do nothing. please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2028520"&gt;@krystian1&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The V20 isn't on the list of supported devices &lt;A href="https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling&lt;/A&gt; but that list maybe out of date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The fact you can use it on your router at home suggests there isn't a problem with the configuration on your phone but you may not be in range of an open wi-fi network or O2 wi-fi hotspot (look here for nearest ones &lt;A href="https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Do you see O2Uk at the top of your screen?&lt;BR /&gt;Sim maybe faulty if not but any o2 shop will check and replace for you.</description>
