i had a problem with wi-fi calling on my new lg v20. i can't call and send text message using my o2. phone show me "network connection error" when i try to switch on the wi-fi calling button. i can pick up when someone call to me, even outside from uk. i can call using connection to my home router (virgin), but when i am outside from home i can do nothing. please help

@krystian1 Where did you purchase the phone from? Have you checked the signal in your area? You may have a faulty phone

The V20 isn't on the list of supported devices https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling but that list maybe out of date.

The fact you can use it on your router at home suggests there isn't a problem with the configuration on your phone but you may not be in range of an open wi-fi network or O2 wi-fi hotspot (look here for nearest ones https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity)

Do you see O2Uk at the top of your screen?
Sim maybe faulty if not but any o2 shop will check and replace for you.
