I have sent my one plus 5 for repair as the phone would not charge and apparently it's under warranty. The shop sent it and I received a text message today telling me they have received the phone at the repair place. Does anyone know a rough idea of when I will get it back? Cheers

Be lucky if you don't get reply back saying screen smashed I think it can take 2 to 3 weeks maybe a month don't hold me on it wait for others to reply

If it's a simple repair them about ten working days from sending it in. Hopefully they don't say it's water damage and not covered under warranty!

Usually a 3-4 day turnaround but we usually advise you go straight to the manufacturer not O2 repair

Your best course of action is to call repairs and ask them how long it will take.

They may not touch it if o2 have already been at it
