BBC Sports App notifications

I have set everything correctly but am unable to get notifications from the BBC Sports App. Anyone else had the same problem. My phone is a Samsung A6.

Yeah, they can be variable. They work when they want to.....

@DavegI have no problems with the app. I am subscribed to Push notifications for one sport only.

Click on the menu icon, this will take you to the My Alerts section where you can add and remove notifications. My notification is displayed in my status bar briefly and I have added an alert sound to it (so I don't miss it)

It works fine for me.
