Wifi calling availability problems

Hi all, I am Trying to get wifi calling setup on my samsung galaxy S7, as it would be very handy when I am away at work as I dont get a phone signal. I have followed guides on the O2 website to check compatability, updated to the latest software and set it up on my O2 account. The phone is almost 1 year old, software up to date but the CSC number on the phone does not contain the right information according to the O2 site. Has anyone got a work around and solution to this at all as I would really like to use wifi calling, thanks for any help you can give me

Backup phone first as this could wipe everything.
*#272*IMEI# (actually type your full IMEI number) and you should get a list of CSC's to choose from.
You need the O2 one.

Also try the shortcut *#272*62826#
