I recently purchased tge s8+ at a monthly cost of 46.00. Ive received my bill and it has nearly 10.00 of vat added on top. I wasnt made aware of this. So is my monthly bill now, nearly 10.00 more than i agreed to???

Hi @Anonymous Vat is always included with your bill . If you look at this guide https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-do-I-get-to-the-Download-Bill-page/ba-p/1014096

Please scroll down to the section 'View detailed bill and usage' you will see how Vat is applied and shown

Also remember, your first bill is a full month plus a few days and is always higher than normal bill

Vat is added to business contracts but included in consumer ones.
Your bill will show a breakdown ex vat and then the separate vat element is added to the ex vat price but will always equal the advertised tariff price.
