    <description>If it’s set up to delete off the server you will lose them and they’ll be gone forever unfortunately.&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway, sounds like a BT account problem assuming you are using the correct details.&lt;BR /&gt;Have you spoken to BT?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem. Email account has been down for 4 days now. I'm with BT. I've deleted the account and 're added meaning i lost all my emails and a message saying "unable to connect to email server to verify your account information. No response from server "&lt;BR /&gt;Please somebody help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The BT Internet one has failed to work on two occasions. Both times I have deleted and reinstalled and it comes back again with all previous emails&lt;/P&gt;</description>

After trying various settings and reinstalling it it still didn't work with the same message. I could get my emails through my lap top though. They miraculously suddenly started appearing last night but I didn't change anything! I'm don't know what the issue was if it was samsung or O2.</description>
