TuGo voicemail.

Can anyone assist please. TuGo voicemail is driving me crazy. I have removed the voicemail option now but despite deleting messages from both my phone and TuGo I still get a message coming up stating I have a voicemail awaiting. I've tried removing the SIM and battery for a while.

The darn message still comes up.

I'm considering moving to another provider if this can't be solved.

I have to use TuGo as 02 has no reception where I live, and no I don't live on the moon!!!!!

Call yourself from another phone and leave yourself a message.
Then use your mobile to listen to and delete the message you just left.
Your stuck notification will now go away, hopefully

Hi @Anonymous please let us know if @MI5's suggestion gets rid of the voicemail icon.
