I'm in Majorca and cannot get roaming. I can call and text fine but can't connect to mobile Internet.

It did the same in Dublin a few weeks ago. Not sure how to rectify this. Any ideas? Thanks

Have you got 3g or H or a small r showing at the top of the screen?
If you do it means you are connected but the speeds are too slow to do anything!
Check also the data roaming switch is on in your network settings.

Thanks for your response. I do get a little R. But no matter where I am it doesn't work. I would have thought in Dublin I should have got some signal somewhere. Do you know if it's possible that there is some form of block on the phone. My mother in law has the same phone and plan as me and has the same problem. Data roaming is turned to national and international

Data speeds abroad are just so slow that most web pages and apps just time out.
People who travel frequently use a local sim for data because of this and we hear that Vodafone is doing very well for speed on the roaming agreements, but o2 seem to be the worst so far.
