    <description>Factory reset would be my first choice then after that send it back to manufacturer for repair.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I up-dated my phones software today. However, since doing so it keeps restarting itself. I have read through forums and managed to get the phone into safe mode, but the issue still keeps happening!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Send it back to the manufacturer for repair. Don't use the repair service that o2 use&lt;/P&gt;</description>
