Good afternoon,
I have one question about my device (samsung galaxy s8+). I have accident and I claimed it for my o2 insurance to get new device. Well, I received my new device (or I just think so that is new..) but the problem is that my device's IMEI number is not visible in any "IMEI's checkers" even in official Samsung's one. Did o2 insurance did something wrong wigh my handset or what? Did they just replaced the motherboard of my damaged device which I claimed, rooted it and installed some wrong IMEI?

I would definitely get it exchanged if you aren't happy with it. A refurbished phone should be like new with no visible faults.

You can't choose to have a brand new phone.
It's sent at the discretion of the insurance company and most likely is based entirely on what is available at the time.
