https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Android/HTC-Photos/m-p/1053171#M63268 Could be corrupted data, are you using sd or internal storage?<BR />If sd I'd suggest putting in pc and seeing if files are visible, then copying over to pc what you want, then formatting card.<BR />If using internal, I'd suggest plugging into pc, copying over what you want to keep, then perform a factory reset.
