Good morning,
I want to ask about o2 insurance. For example if you had accidental damage on your phone and you claimed for o2 insurance to get new one, so what they doing? They repairing it, replace it with brand new device or replace it with 2nd hand one which is already repaired?

It depends on the type of damage.
Each claim is assessed separately.
Replacement phones are always refurbished ones though.
