s8+ on pay monthly, have the sim here now (new to o2 for this phone), but i ordered it at the end of March! which is when i got this sim

It's complete as far as o2 is concerned which means the phone has been passed to the courier.

Had absolutely nothing, only email is that my bill has been issued for April! I ordered through carphone warehouse at the end of March, makes no sense how i was one of the first to preorder and haven't heard anything from them and at a guess I wont be getting it tomorrow if the delivery info is just N/A

It's on it's way.
Once the courier scans the package you'll get the delivery info.

Well i was promised the 20th at the latest by the Carphone warehouse manager, just weird i've had no other communication from anyone this close to the delivery, but o2 Intsantly email when they want more of my money! Has to be delivered either Thursday or Friday because I leave on Sunday, hence my worry

From the information available pre-orders are due to dispatch today for delivery tomorrow so I would expect an email / update later today with a tracking number for delivery tomorrow.

As I've said at least 3 times, the tracking info will be available as soon as the courier scans the package into their system.

never asked about the tracker?!? I asked originally about the delivery info being blank as in the address and type of delivery

So is the phone in an o2 warehouse or DPD warehouse? i still dont understand why no delivery address or information on there at all! Lets hope its not a stock issue like what Vodafone customers are currently facing with theirs!!!!!!

O2 have packaged it and it is awaiting collection by the courier.

I preordered at the end of March tho, literally within 30 mins of them opening the preorders in carphone warehouse, i don't get why mine is taking so long when others have had their tracking numbers and texts saying the estimated time for delivery

I leave for uni which is 400miles away on Sunday tho so it has to be delivered before then and tbh i have this feeling it won't be

I understand where you're coming from. The optimist in me is telling me that I'll have a tracking number later this evening, but I've been in this position before with O2. Nothing is guaranteed in life, but the lack of general communication other thank generic responses is beyond annoying.

I hope it arrives to you before you leave for uni.
