Hello All, This is the first time using this.

For the first time ever, I dropped my phone (Samsung S7 Edge) and the glass screen shattered.
This is also the first time that ive had a samsung.
I had iPhones prevously and for me naturally ive dropped the phones x amount of times, and it has never smashed the screen.

Moving on - heres the 4th "First time"
Ive never insured my phones, Thankfully I decided to insure this, because I was able to afford it.

So my phone has just left my home, on its way to be fixed, Does anyone know how long roughly it takes to replace the screen and get it back to me?

I have no phone, cant be bothered to get a temporary one, as I have a home phone and a iPad for everything else. BUT phone withdrawal has kicked after 2 hours of it going.

Once booked into the system you will get an email with repair tracking details.
This should enable you to track the repair and return of your phone.
Hopefully it can be turned around within 2-3 days.
