Now that HTC have officially released Nougat for the HTC One M9 (and M10), can you advise when the O2 OTA upgrade will be available?

@MadAdaM We are all customers here. The moderator who has been tagged would be the one to give you that information. Typically when a manufacturer releases an update it takes a few weeks for it to filter to the networks. Each network has to test the update to ensure its compatibility to their system. There's no specific time frame. Some are quicker than others, so basically, you'll receive it when O2 thinks it's ready to be released.

Thanks all. I see the post from 02/02 saying that it is "being tested"

"The HTC One M9's & A9's Nougat update is currently being tested and we hope to have this complete hopefully within the next week or so, so you should see this soon - but i'll keep you posted."

Hopefully that means it is imminent.

My M9 has updated and the Google apps have stopped working. Play Store, gmail and Google search are all not working now 😬

Google play services should have updated when you installed 7.0
If it didn't, no Google based apps will work.
