I bought a S7 today (just the handset, no new contract) and now realised sim from S5 dosent fit S7. How can I get a replacement sim card so that I can keep number etc

@Anonymous Just call in to an O2 store if you have one nearby and they will swap your sim for the correct sized one and transfer your number onto it.

OK, didn't realise I could do this. Was worried I would have to buy a new sim and lose my number. Thank you

My grandson changed his S5 for a S7 at Christmas. He went instore and the swap was done in 10minutes.

Same number etc. He loves the phone by the way...

You're welcome. The sim and the swap are free. It can take up to 24 hours for your details to swap to the new sim, but it's usually much quicker. Mine took 20 minutes.:smileywink:
