It says that I have 3000 free o2 texts but when I message someone the number doesn't go down but my balance does

Please can someone tell me how to use my 3000 texts

If these are O2 numbers you are texting then they should come from the 3000.

Is this a new tariff as it sometimes takes a couple of days to register on the system.

Your best option is to call customer service and ask them why you are charged.

@AnonymousTo be honest I have checked all the tariffs and cant see one with 3000 O2 texts.

Have you checked via My O2? http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If you are having problems then as said above.... give customer services a call and check with them. We have no access to your account so can't advise further
