      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iam riding my bicycle accross mexico shortly, if i use whatsapp, from a wi-fi connection is say a cafe, with my data roaming turned off, would i be charged the £4.99 per day thru travel02.&amp;nbsp; £4.99 seems excessive, to make one or 2 calls to my family a day&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;42 days x £4.99, well over £200, any suggestions!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>No, just keep you phone in airplane mode to make sure you can only use wifi and there won't be any charges.</description>
