The process seems to be problematic .....I sent my phone away and they couldn't repair it so are going to give me a new on ( great I thought! ) the only problem is that they don't have one to send me so I'm stuck in limbo with no phone, paying a bill and no one at the repair centre able to give me any indication when I may get one............very bad customer service imho.
