Not getting texts or calls...

I just came back from a weekend in Paris. Whilst there I couldn't recieve texts or phone calls in that time.

I have a Samsung S6 Edge so can't take the sim out. Any ideas how to sort it? (Chat is currently busy)

Maybe you don't have international roaming enabled but only cs can check that for you http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Puzzled as to why you can't take sim out though?

I have the o2 travel bolt on and I received texts from my girlfriend who was with me. I spoke to an agent who said to reset network settings but would take 2 hours until I received texts from previous days.

Did you receive calls and texts or not?

I read it as he got them from his girlfriend who was with him in Paris ....but from no one else?

Certainly will. Reading back I am not sure whether @Anonymous

* He got calls and texts from his GF whilst they were both in Paris... no one else....but maybe no one else called or text him whilst in Paris?

I received texts from my girlfriend no problem, I made calls with no problems. I didn't receive texts or phone calls from back home - that's the issue.

Went into my local o2 store, was told it may be to do with the mass coverage. So texts I got were pinged back to the sender.

Couldn't take the sim card out as I didn't have the ejection pin but I've now got one.

Maybe there were sent to the wrong number format or it might have been an international gateway issue with the network you were on.
If it happens again try manually selecting a different roaming network.
