Sim Swap for change of tariff only??

Hey Everyone,

I changed my pay monthly tariff and received a new sim. do I need to switch it out with my old one even though the old one works with the new tariff?? FYI I haven't changed my phone just the tariff

Hello @Anonymous. No need to change anything. You can just keep the new sim as a backup should you ever need to swap.

Thank you so much! The guy i spoke to on the phone when I changed tariffs had said something about it giving me faster connection but i'm already on 4G. Didn't seem like there was any good reason to swap it

Just keep the sim as a spare in case you need it in the future. I would, with respect, advise ou to call 202 for account issues....
