@Anonymous You can check your usage in your My O2 page, but if you think there's a discrepancy, or you want to double check, call customer service on 202 from your mobile, which is a free call.

Hi all!

I have received a text from o2 today stating that I have used up all my data allowance for this month, yet when I check my data in the phone settings, it says I have only used 415MB of my 2GB allowance.

Is this an error with o2, or is the phone not detecting my data usage correctly? And if so, how do I resolve this so that I am able to track what I have left properly?

It may be that your phone hasn't updated data usage or a possible O2 error. I would call customer service to ask them for specific usage each day.

http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
