    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am on an o2 contract and i;ve tried to put my sim card into a samsung s2 ( was an iphone before it broke ), I can connect to the internet via wifi or without wifi but i can't make a call or text it keeps saying not registered on network... any ideas why?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Tried updating apn settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Tried factory reset.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any other ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Sounds like the handset is barred.&lt;BR /&gt;Check the imei number on Checkmend.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi @Anonymous﻿ Did you buy the phone from new and where from? If it came from Ebay this could be the problem I suspect, if the previous owner had it barred as part of an insurance claim.
