      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I switched from pay to go to a monthly plan. I put in the new sim card and restarted my device. I can call people but there is no mobile internet connetction. I tried to remedy that. After I've sent 'Active' to 2020 I got the following answer:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;'Unfortunately we had problems dealing with your request for settings. Please contact Customer Service.'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So how do I enable mobile data again on my phone ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>
