hi any one any ideas have a galaxynote 3 brilliant been totally happyfor no reason tonight the screen died nowater contact was using it and next time i went to use it screen was totally dead not been dropped notwater contact trien=d a factoryreset triend reboot nothing any ideas

Have you tried putting it on charge? I would do this and leave it overnight. Check again in the morning...

it is charged as it makes nosie and buttons light just not screen

Sounds like LCD damage or fault?....

I have a Note 3 and if this was me I would just plug it in and leave on charge overnight. If no change it sounds as if it needs to go for repair...

do not know if still under warenty it is a contract fone and contract is still active and still paying on fone from o2

If you bought from Carphone Warehouse or phones 4 u . Take to them. They send off for you. 2 year gaureentee on all samsung

Phones4U have gone bust so no repairs through them anymore.
