      <description>It says disconnected and I have tried everything I know, switching off phone airplane mode different sims, phone is a Samsung galaxy alpha so it's unlocked help me</description>

      <description>If you're on about the bit in settings-about device-sim status. ..&lt;BR /&gt;Then it refers to wether the mobile data is turned on and active or not.&lt;BR /&gt;To change it to "connected" turn off wifi.&lt;BR /&gt;(Then turn it back on as it's obviously pointless turning it off )</description>
