    <description>No there is no provision to lower tariffs.&lt;BR /&gt;If on refresh you can pay off the phone (so it's yours) and just walk away.       <description>I am wondering am I able to lower my tariff ? I have moved house and no signal whatsoever and in middle of contract?</description>
