I heard that android 5.0 and 5.1 are already released for note 3 and many people have them but I can't upgrade it. I have tried upgrading it by Kies but doesn't work too. I ask because not all have got the update yet. I have a Note 3 which I bought sim free from CPW and I am still waiting. So you may still be in the same position as me because you have a generic unbranded device for which Samsung haven't released the firmware yet.
