Note 4 Internet Problem

Im having trouble connecting to the internet via wifi. Says im connected to wifi but internet doesnt work. Works fine on my wifes iphone. Haven't changed anything on my phone and dont know where to look to see if there any issues

Connecting via my data works fine. Just forgot the wifi and reconnected but still the same 😕

I was going to say that (even though I had 'backed away') but the OP says his wifes iPhone is working fine?

Could be if it's throwing an error on a particular ip address.
As mi5 has said is first things I'd do.

And the only reason I have said reboot the phone, I have a similar problem on the odd occasion.....and it works for me. This can happen when sitting at home...next to the router

Who's your BB provider?
Also, if Smart Network Switch is ticked, untick it.
