Hey guys. I have a note 4 on a new contract..it's only 2 weeks old and I am only getting 1 bar off signal..when I'm on a call people say they can't hear me and texts are coming in late too..would this be the note 4 or o2..ah yeah I have check to see if there any issues in my area but all seems okay..thanks

Try a sim swap first and if no good get phone checked - it's not a common fault with the Note 4 so I would guess it's down to sim or network.

If it doesn't improve I would try another sim card first.

Alright cool the calls have been like it for 4 days now..so I think I will pop in for a new sim..hope that works as I love the note 😆

Also, make sure the network settings aren't set to 4G only.
