Calling from abroad. Cannot make any calls whilst abroad

Please help. Since an upgrade on my android device I cannot make any outbound calls whilst I am here in Germany. Have tried the faithful off/on again trick and removed and cleaned the sim card. My account is up to date but I cannot make any outbound calls. I can text and recieve calls and use the internet. Really odd. Can anyone help me please?

Do you have O2 travel enabled?

Have you tried contacting via live chat if you cannot call cs?

Try a manual network search and select from the different networks available.

You could also try using the international format or viceversa for the numbers you are calling.
