    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you downloaded any apps that coincide with your problems?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try uninstalling anything you don't use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Back up and try a factory reset and if the problem is still there then contact Samsung support and arrange a warranty repair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Keeps switching of. did it a few times now it happens every other day! Whats shall I do? the only way to turn it back on it to take out battery otherwise its just dead....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Most likely cause is an app conflict.&lt;BR /&gt;Battery saving apps are notoriously bad for this kind of fault.&lt;BR /&gt;If you can't think of an app that might be causing a conflict you will need to reset phone back to factory settings and only install essential apps until you can identify the issue.</description>
