      <description>&lt;P&gt;You needed to apply for the code on the website and have it applied within the first &amp;nbsp;month. I'm not sure why you weren't told but you will have to speak to customer service to see if they will help you. If not consider using the complaint link at the foot of the page. You should have been getting 30% off the airtime if on Refresh.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
