      <description>I bought my son a second hand HTC and put an O2 pay as you go SIM in it. It all works great apart from the Internet... He can't connect at all. Any ideas?</description>

      <description>Have you checked that the APN's are correct as from the link I added for a windows phone ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It may be worth phoning O2 to have the imei number of the phone checked to ensure its not been barred.</description>
