    <description>&lt;P&gt;O2 will repair it under warranty although I prefer to deal with the manufacturers direct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any loan phone from O2 will be a basic phone and there is a returnable £25 deposit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My HTC One M7 shows a pink colour on camera shots taken in low light. &amp;nbsp;I understand this is a hardware issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will O2 take responsibility for repairing the phone (still under contract) or will I have to go to HTC?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will O2 issue a temporary phone when my phone is away?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I would suggest approaching the manufacturer via their uk support site.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It would also depend if they had a loan phone in too ref O2.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As it is a common fault with that model, either of the repair route options should be able to sort it without too much bother....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Meanwhile you can try changing to 200 or 400 iso in camera settings which should fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
